My interview is next month and I just realised I do not have copies of the AOS and Affidavit of Support forms I submitted in January. 

Do I NEED copies of them if USCIS has the originals? Has this happened to

anyone?

I might fill out a new Affidavit because it’s a new tax year.

Just received my check back from the RCMP. I had done tbd fingerprints at commissionaires in Vancouver and have the form for that. 

However, the one I received from the RCMP does not have any fingerprints on it and it says that they have been destroyed. 

This is not what the women at Commissionaires showed me I should expect. 

Anyone else recoeved theirs back? My interview is next week, and I am a little worried. 

Yikes! I have booked my interview for the end of September and spent the morning preparing all the necessary forms, only to notice that there’s an expiration date on my original petition! 

It says my petition expires 17 days before my interview. Is this a problem? Does that expiration only apply if you take no action after receiving it?

Just trying to figure out if I need to leap into action.

This may sounds silly, but do I need to call the NVC or can I just wait until I hear from my embassy?

I just feel feel like it’s better for my mental health to push it to the back of my mind, and every time I call and am told it’s not there, it feels like such a let down. 

Do I need the case number ASAP or can I just wait for the embassy to contact me?

Absolutely. Received on Nov 28th and NOA1 on Dec 1st. 

We are Nov 28thers who received our NOA2 yesterday!
