I'm worried. Our package was delivered on 10/29.
No text, money order not cashed. No NOA received.
I called the post office last week, and they verified that the package was in fact received at that address.I have the same exact timeline as you
. My packet was delivered on 10/29. I havent received any sort of notification. Check isin't cashed either.

I sent in my packet in last week of October. According to my USPS tracking number packet was received on Oct 29. I have not gotten any sort of notification yet from USCIS. Check has not been cashed either. Is there any place I can create all this to create a timeline this process moves through ?

Hello there,
I submitted on 12/23/2017. Received USCIS Acceptance Confirmation through email and text on 1/3/2018. It said my case I will my case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Potomac Service Center for processing and that I will receive official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) through mail withing 7-10 days. Is this accepted confirmation considered NOA1 ?

Hi guys,
I am Indian born US citizen living in US and my wife lives in Belize. I got married to my wife in Texas in Oct 2018 who is a born Belizean. I hired an attorney and he filed our i130 petition on Dec 22 2017. It was sent by mail since it had originals in it (filing fee check, passport pictures). I know it was submitted right before Christmas so hanging in tight and looking forward for NOA1. Hope this all goes smoothly.
I check this thread once in a while and it feels good to see so far other people's process is going smoothly. Finally decided to make an account to share my progress as well
