It's either an approval or RFE. Hopefully you should her the letter within 7days.
Just got an email and case was updated online. RFE. What kind of evidence do they usually require? I haven’t received the letter yet i would just like to start preparing.

Just called and spoke to Tier 2 Officer. Was told that it was not 60 days yet and he could not tell me my case status. BUT he did tell me a letter was sent out yesterday to me. He didn’t say if it was approval, denial, or RFE. I checked my case online and there’s no update. Anyone else get this kind of answer from Tier 2???

Contact your local congressman and raise an inquiry through their office. Service request doesnt work that well when it comes to uscis TSC folks.
I did and received the same response yesterday:
Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of your constituent, Mr. M——————————-, regarding his pending Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that the case for which your constituent is inquiring is being actively reviewed and USCIS is processing the case. Your constituent may check the status of his case on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov by entering his receipt number in the Case Status box or by calling the USCIS National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 (inside the United States) or (785) 330-1048 (outside the United States).
If after 60 days from the date of this email USCIS has not notified your constituent regarding the status of this case, please feel free to contact our office to request the status.

Has anyone here put in a service request? I got the:
“We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.”
Anyone else get a reply like this?
If so, My question is: did it take the full 60 days for you to get an update? My wife and I can’t wait until February we applied back in May and it is really frustrating.

You’ll get it soon too!! Don’t lose hope. It’s just around the corner
Thanks and congrats, but I doubt it. Put in service inquiry on the 8, got the “delays... 60 days... adjudication Officer” reply. Called today spoke to Tier 2 and was told to wait until Feb 8. 😒

Hi everyone,
I received the approval letter today!!!
PD: May 30, 2017
Approved: December 21, 2017
Approval letter received in the mail: December 26, 2017
No status updates on the website yet.
Waiting is the hardest part but hang in there guys. Yours is coming! All the very best to each and every one of you!
I’m May 30 as well, TSC. No news yet for me. 😞

Question: how are the graphs on the processing time page being determined? I could’ve sworn I saw Texas was moving slower than Vermont but now Texas is ahead of them? What gives

I feel your frustration, but there are a lot of us that are sitting in Nebraska, who have cases taking 9 months to a year to complete, so trust me we all feel your pain, and for most there cases are still being worked from Feb, and March of this year, they haven't even made it into May, I do know it is frustrating but hang in there.
Thanks but you didn’t really answer my question.

US citizen filing for my spouse.
Put in a service request because the case was outside normal processing times. Received this reply from uscis:
“The status of this service request is:
We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.”
Does this mean I have to wait 2 months more? While TSC is now past May 30 and moving into June? Should I call and speak to tier 2 officer? I can’t take that 60 day wait.

Got an update online: Request for additional evidence was mailed.
Anyone know what evidence they usually ask for? Neither of us are previously married, I’m US citizen and wife is Moroccan we’re only 5 years apart.
