Hey folks
I feel like a right idiot but I need some advice.
I applied to remove conditions on my GC before my 2 year card expired, and received the notice to confirm they were working on it and to extend my expiration to Feb 2023. So I’ve been waiting and waiting, and I finally checked my receipt number on the status page, and it says a notice was returned to the post office in october. I don’t understand why, since they have the correct address and my apartment has a person here 24/7 but that’s another matter. I filed a case regarding the non delivery and it said to wait 60 days, but that was march 30th - and nothing. I tried to call uscis but its SO hard to get through to someone to talk to and the autobot literally threatened to hang up on me hah.
So I don’t know what to do next, short of going down to the uscis office and seeing if someone can help me. Time is ticking and now I’m anxious.
Any advice would be appreciated.
