So i just called NVC and the person keep telling me that they receive the mail but he doesn't tell me if they scan it yet or not. I asked if its scanned yet or not and he is "We received the package today". I don't know what that mean? So they haven't put it in the system yet?

How long does it take to scan the documents? USPS said my package is delivered on 5/16/18 but they haven't scanned it yet? So close now just few more steps so excited.

what do they scan actually?I use the new form I864 and theres no barcode at the end of the form. or they just scan the cover page?

Yes I seen people getting their CC withing 10 days.  Yeah I use the new form too. I think they scan all the documents. Yes. Stay in touch if you get cc soon. I'll post too if I get cc soon.

Hi. I sent my package yesterday and they received today. I am going to call them tomorrow to see if they scanned it in.  Hoping to get CC by next week or end of the week. 

Hey guys quick question. Just completed the DS-260. So I am almost done with collecting all docs but it say have the cover sheet. Which one? There is one from AOS and IV and also the one with check marks? I know I have to send the check box one but do i send the one from IV fees or AOS? They both looks the same except one as ATTS: CMR  and other has ATTS: CMR AOS? thanks in advance.

My I-130 was approved at 22nd feb 2018 but since than nothing from NVC.. my husband called NVC on 7th may and they told us to wait for 8 weeks  Is it really too long to receive case numberr from NVC?? 

Is it a pivot case? And what date NVC receives the case? Your husband should ask that next time he calls.

I just called NVC and lady told me that for IV it take longer than AOS so she told me to wait few more days. But there is nothing wrong with the system.

No it doesn't and that what scares me. I feel like calling them today and see what is going on. Thank you

So I paid my IV fee on Monday but it still doesn't took out from the bank yet. Is that normal?

Yes that is the welcome letter. If you open the letter it should say "NVC Welcome Letter (ACL)"

Hey guys. I am confuse. So I got same email about cover document sheet but I been seeing people talk about two package?  One for IV and second is for AOS. What is the difference? Also my wife (beneficiary) is not comfortable filling DS-260 so can I fill it for her and have her print out the confirmation page? Thanks in advance.

Hi Pooh. So I am applying for my wife. I am filling I-864 and my sister (married) filling out I-864 and I-864a as well but what I know that since my sister file her taxes as married then my brother in law also have to fill out I-864a. Eventhough he is not co-sponsor. I hope this help. I also told my wife to ask an agent in India and as soon as I hear anything from them. I'll let you know.

Hi. Case number is very unique. It's in YYYY and Julien year plus 500 and the sequence of that file that got approved on that day. YYYYDDDSSS. Invoice number is like password.

I have same issue. But my AOS fee is still in process but I can't pay my IV fee. Once mine AOS  get paid I will call them and ask them what's going in.

I had TSC and it took 2 weeks to sent them and 1 week to received at NVC. Once it received at NVC it take up to 8 weeks(non-pivot) for case number, but i got mine around 6 weeks. 

Is it normal that I could pay my AOS fee but not IV fee? I have my DS-261 reviewed over the phone as well. non-pivot case.

Hey guys just received an email with welcome letter. Paid AOS fee but status show that I have to choose an agent but did that before receiving the letter so I called and lady was so nice and she reviewed my DS-261 over the phone and told me to wait till week and I can pay that IV fees and fill out DS-260 in few weeks.
