for pivot cases after submitting both packages, is it possible to tell scan date or when they look at ur docs

or we'll just know if theres issue with submitted stuff or if case complete?

yes everything done online. read my signature under my comment im like 2 months ahead of u it shows when i did all steps

yes islamabad embassy are pivot cases so u will upload everything online

yeah hellbraska took 9 months and i dont even remember now and its not in our hands so that helps its not like u made a mistake

hm i think good thing will be u will be able to pay the fees right away since some other people have to wait a week before fees unlock or pay one first then wait etc.

i think best thing to do is stay on top of them and keep calling and talk to supervisor. after 9 weeks passed i spoke with supervisor and was kind of firm with her why its taking long etc and had case number few hours later. same with my fees when over week had passed push person to send someone to review and then few hours later status changed to paid. or maybe slowly theyre getting even more backed up so if u come in late its taking longer for people towards back of line...

hey truelove after we submit everything (ds 260, both packages), do we just check status for case and when it goes from Action required: Submit requested documents to at nvc, it means we got a cc? also we can check our account to see if we get messages in case theres any issues?

And now apparently it’s taking them up to 10 business days to even process fees which used to take 2-3 days. This is ridiculous. 

 

I honestly can’t take any more delays. 

it took me 9 weeks and one day to get case #. and to process fees took 6-7 business days.

yeah my wife lives in abbotabad so got one police certificate from there but since her family home is in lahore she also got one from lahore i think because different district. theres some rule not sure about. so two police certificate.

photographs not required after i spoke with nvc so i just uiploaded pic where i wrote i spoke with nvc rep and they said photo not requried now but my wife will bring passport photos to interview.

i also uploaded 2 marriage certificate . one had the original in urdu and english translations together in one file. they said if u have translation, have on one file not two. i also uploaded nadra marriage certificate.

then uploaded her passport biographic page in portrait not landscape,  i think thats it. 

finished ds 260 and uploaded both packages in around 2.5 hours. entering my wifes school info took the longest and one times got kicked out so had to re enter education so make sure save after every page....

can someone help plz for beneficiary civil docs it says photopgraphs required to upload but i didnt know those were required now but at interview....

iv status changed to paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey under petitioners required section u can only upload 1 tax file (2017 for me) so rest i will upload under additional section (will be upload 2015 and 2016 tax stuff) thanks!!

saw this on nvc sign in page.......what crapp luck first when we got to case # they changed how long it took from 2 weeks to 8 weeks now changed getting paid status from 2 days 10 days lol 

payment still hasnt changed to paid. person on phone sent to someone to review since after 1 week. lets see................

I got an email stating our case has become 'Documentarily Qualified' (we're a pivot case) and stating that they are now working to make an appointment with our local embassy.  Also online (if you're pivot) it will say that your documentation has been 'Accepted'. Hope this helps

i think on average interview date is about 4-6 weeks after cc depending on embassy.

No awaiting interview appt for the Sydney, Australia Embassy

 

Maybe the wait for case creation through CEAC actually was worth the wait !  Hang in there everyone with pivot cases!

 

Does anyone know how how long it generally takes for them to set an interview date for Australia?  And when they are setting interview dates for?

if u paid fees on march 29 when did they change to paid status so u could fill out ds 260 and upload docs?
