No , my PD is April 3rd and since knowing they are approving March filers right now ,. If I call they'll just say I am within normal processing

Thinking I'll hear something about my case end of December or In January or at least they'll start with April by end of December

yeah I called and talked to tier 2 person and he said just wait 2-3 months then call us so he was of no help.

Called NVC this morning and got an IIN! IIRC Texas held our approved I-130 for 5 weeks, and it was just sent to NVC recently. So the NVC scan and IIN did not take long at all. They said it just happened today so give it time to populate, but we're at the next step! Good luck, everyone <3

wow thats crazy they held it for that long. hope they have a good reason. its affecting peoples lives doesnt look like they take that seriously. when did you get notice of acceptance?

Yeah, but if you look closely you will notice that they are missing "U.S. citizen filing for Spouse" processing time.

Also, i remember checking processing time sometime in August and at that time they were processing January 14 fillers of us citizen filing for spouse after that they took away processing time for this category.

hm interesting. but thats good news for u since theyre about to start looking at it and should be done soon.

I cannot tell because California Service Center is not showing processing time for i-130 applications. What I can say is that it seems like I am behind because it has been more than 7 months already and as per the response I received from USCIS, my application is with the officer. God knows :(

here is processing times for california service center as of today for i-130. seems theyre pretty behind. the one for my form and service center is january 2017 and i submitted april 2017 where this seems even further behind.

Thank you and congratulations that you case has been sent to NVC. I just hope I hear something soon.. I was doing some reading and got scared after ready that the response I received is just a way of them telling me to wait.

so your office had passed your date? i tried to create an inquiry but said my office is working on january 2017 people so cant create one since its coming up.

Did you also file an i130? April 12th was also my priority date but my case was at Potomac service center. I filed a K3 and i130 they closed my k3 and approved my i130 one week later My k3 was closed. Apparently k-3 visas are obsolete they don't approve those anymore or it's rare if K threes are ever.  and on the USCIS website it states that you have to file an i-130 first before filing the k-3/ I 129f. I understand your frustration

yeah I only filed i-130 and did it before the application change so also did g 325 a for both. I figured since im US citizen and doing for spouse then the visa they will give her is called k3. if thats not it, what is he visa called? cant be called i-130 visa...
