i just received my husbands denial letter including our application packet. It was denied bc we filed too early. My question is can I resend the same packet? And also his GC is expiring in June. Will it be a problem?

The one in holtsville. It’s 3 hrs by public transportation. Husband and I don’t drive.

Hi I’m a petitioner if a K1 visa and I came to the US when i was only 15 yrs old. My question is do I need CENOMAR for my beneficiaries interview?

Yes I’m USC and it is for parents visa. I can meet the financial requirements but I’m on a complicated situation. My parents are annulled and my mom lives nearby and she doesn’t want him here in NY and that’s when my uncle proposed that he’ll stay with them.

I know it’s still going to be 6 months and so but i was wondering how long is the NVC processing in Manila for K1 and on I-134 do i have to submit 3 yrs of income tax? And do I really need to send a bank statement stating my current balance?

So i just sent out my application last week and i was wondering will they give me an issue if his middle name is the same as my last name? i submitted both of our birth certificates to make sure they know that we're not related even though we are from the same city back home. And also how's the philippines when it comes to K1 visas?
