  1. Had my interview today, the officer was very pleasant but thorough, we went through every single question in the application. I had to change some answers during the interview as I didn't disclose a couple of traffic citations I had gotten in the past in the online application, and it was not an issue. The officer also questioned me about a trip that I had taken out of the US and I had to be honest that I did not remember that trip. However, I was able to find the exact dates based on passport stamps and they matched what the officer saw in the monitor, so this also wasn't an issue. These are the civics questions I got: - How many U.S. Senators are there? - What are the two major parties? - What did the Declaration of Independence do? - What is one reason colonists came to America? - What happened at the Constitutional Convention? - What was one important thing that Abraham Lincoln did? At the end of the interview, the officer said my application would need to go through review and I was given the interview results sheet saying that a decision could not be made at the time. I checked my case status after getting home and it had already cycled through "We recommended that your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, be approved" and "Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled", so I think I'm approved. Happy to be done with this, but now I don't know what to do with all the brain capacity that has now been freed from worrying about immigration scrutiny every single day.
  2. Filed online last night and immediately received a receipt number and an update that they would reuse biometrics from my previous filings. This morning, the case status updated to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" - I'm a bit skeptical that it's already being reviewed less than 24 hours after filing, does anyone else have this status?
