My friend did the k1 and  the approval expires on febuary 28 and her fiance interview is March 20th after the approval expiration date she did not get it extended would that be a problem.

Did that paper state anything about your I-485? I would think they would link it, but I also know they take the application apart and treat your EAD/AP and I-485 separate, so you might wanna call to check if they can link your EAD to your I-485 biometrics.

When you send the I-765 back you have to include a copy of the NOA1 of your I-485 to avoid fees. They'll automatically link the biometrics from your I-485 to your I-765 when they see you have a pending I-485 (based on the NOA1 you send)

I did not send a copy of the NOA1 but they did send me a geen paper and it says when sending back the form to put the paper on top of the application 

Good morning, i sent my aos paper in December 27 .. they accepted my my i485 and the i131 but i had  filed my i765  but accidently did not include one of the pages so they sent back the form to re do again and i have done it and sent it back.. how long until they will take to look at it again. My other question is they just sent my biometric appointment for the  the i485. &i131 will they have me do another fingerprint screening when they accept my i765

I got the text messages for I485 and I131 but not the I765 And it only means that that specific form was rejected for some reason.and that’s why they didn’t assigned a case number for it.  In my case was that I was missing a page. In a couple of days you will get a letter on the mail explaining why it was rejected. Good luck.

They kept everything that was attached with the form and they just sent me back the form to re do it again.. my question is when i send it again do i have have to provide all the supporting documents again and send in a new fee or just put the page that missing and just send it

Ok, this happened to me. You will recieve an email in a couple of days similar to the text messages. If you marked on the application that you want to recieve text messages/email for updates you will get the email. Also, really good idea signing up on the USCIS website to track your applications.

My sister agrees to be my co sponsor for my husband k1 aos my question is does she need to send tax return for the last 3 years or just the most recent year...

The ONLY way an I864a is used is if your co-sponsor lives in the same household as the sponsor. In THAT CASE ONLY:

Sponsor: own i864

Co-sponsor: own i864a

Hi guys if i am getting a joint sponsor for aos on k1  do they fill out an i864A or the same i864 i filled out my sister is being my joint sponsor for my fiance but i don't know which form to fill out

Keep in mind you are using CURRENT income to prove you meet the mark. Yes, the most recent IRS tax forms are required but if your earnings have increased since then you can use current evidence. Provide an employer letter and six months worth of current paystubs that show you are projected to earn enough in 2018 or have already to date and you will be fine.

May someone please tell me all the document that will needed with my form I485 when i send the application  for AOS or can someone please refer me to the right area

Our case was place in Ap last month but i was able to trakck the passport now when i key it in this what it say 

When i call no updates given to me either and i emailed them i didn't even get a email back
