Yesterday we got sent to a supervisor so hopefully that means a case number soon!

8 weeks 3 days at NVC, asked for DOB/names since 5/11.

If it makes you feel any better, getting pissed does absolutely nothing for your case, good or bad, and neither does escalating to a supposed supervisor who pretty much feeds you the same line as a front line rep. 

Let's hope that's true! Yes I know that's why I'm happy my husband can call and keep me from getting more frustrated and possibly saying some things that's best left unsaid.

If you haven't already, keep calling at this point. When they start asking for your names/DOBs, you'll know that you're about a week from receiving the case number.

I'm not in America so my husband is the one calling them luckily because I would've been a lot less pleasant to talk to since I am getting frustrated. They asked for DOB last Friday so hopefully that means soon!

Ugh I know. It's just frustrating that they would say "Within 8 weeks" if they can't uphold that. Just say 10 weeks and let people be pleasantly surprised if it's earlier.

I'm still waiting on my case number as well.. NVC received March 19th, it's been 8 weeks and a day now. PIVOT case.

It's been 116 days since we received our NOA1 and I can still not track our case online.

I called and first they told me it would take 45 days to be updated so I waited and then called again on day 50 and then the person I called said they didn't know what was wrong. They told me to wait to day 90 maybe it would work then. So I waited. However it's been over 90 days now and I still cannot check my case online! Is anyone else experiencing something similar? What should I do? Just wait? It is so frustrating to not be able to check online because my husband moved to a new address and even if he changed the address online I'm a worrier and I'm afraid they'll suddenly send something to his last address and us never figuring it out.

Any suggestions or support is very welcome.
