Yes, the last thing you want to do is not tell the truth. State Dept's (or their equivalent) have data sharing agreements. The will also have police & court information and if you omit it will just make things more difficult. I would say you didn't make a misstate. A mistake is when you grab the wrong key or flip the wrong light switch. You made a serious mistake in judgement. Don't sugar coat it, own it. You learned have not repeated.
The best to you,

Hi Spider,
You have lived in very beautiful parts of US. Many people live their in summer and Florida & Arizona & New Mexico in winter. I am a Psychologist and have worked in larger medical centers and teaching hospitals for past 26 years. I think you know the has been a nursing shortage for past 40 years. The migration laws official and unofficial are shifting from anybody to those how have skills that are needed. I feel you are in good position for visa. Also US looking for people how can have income from job and not need government help & money and again nursing pays well and you can have a good life in US.
I know the Department of Agriculture has special Visa program for health care workers to work in rural areas where there is shortage of health care workers.
Let me know if you have any questions or I may be of assistance.
I wish you the best in your journey to US,
Paul

I did a lot of research for girlfriend to have health insurance before we are married. I will choose https://www.***removed***.com/ (I do not work foe them or any insurance or have no financial interest of any kind with them). They have very good PPO network around country, 24 hour help phone number. So for me this was best choice. Once married I can add her to company insurance plan anytime I get certified copy of marriage license.
Best to you

As a psychologist and worked for Dept of Defense for last 17 years. I have helped many couples with this and as others have said it is normal and she needs your understanding, support. Do not push and listen her feeling are real. Many areas' have have expat groups & clubs try and find one for her. Sometimes you may go and sometimes it would be helpful to get her there and you leave. That way she can speak in native language and not having to be worried about you. When she is done she call you and you go pick her up. The women there have been in her situation and will help her thought the process in a way you could not. My girlfriend is in Russia and is Orthodox. I was able to find and Russian Orthodox church and plan to go there if she desire when she gets here. There is also Russian restaurant. For me I do not believe she should have to choose between America or Russia. Yes she will be American but still have the connection she desire with Russian culture.

Recently I was on a flight from TPA to DFW. One of those obnoxious, overly demanding people walk on the plan and your so happy your row is full. So, she gets to her row and her cat didn’t get her dose of valium or Ritalin. The lady already seated in the aisle seat and not effort to let her in. She then told the cat lady she was allergic to cats. The cat lady got very loud and demanded she let her to her seat. Next two of the flight attendants arrive and tell cat lady that she is the one that needs to be accommodated. That didn’t go over well but she finally agreed. The Senior flight attendant as who was allergic to cats so they could find a seat. Everybody raised their hands and cat lady went ballistic. At that point the flight attendant told they lady the would not be able to seat her with the cat and asked her to leave the plane and they would get her rebooked. When they closed the door closed everybody started clapping.
I'm sure Natasha and her cat are very pleasant and would never have this issue.

The Embassy of Tunisia in Washington, D.C. is the diplomatic mission of the Tunisian Republic to the United States. It is located at 1515 Massachusetts Avenue, Northwest, Washington, D.C., in the Embassy Row neighborhood.Closed nowPhone: (202) 862-1850If anybody would know one might think thay do. If that is correct they don't return old passport, ask for regulation, policy or statue so you can validate you claim. -
I hope to file our I-295F in Feb or Mar. I have been to Russia twice and always fly Aeroflot. I will be making another trip in Mar-2018. Prices are really good now. I buy a Flex so for $100 to $150 you can change dates. Before I went the first time I signed up in Aeroflot's bonus miles program. They are part of SkyTeam so I got the Delta credit card (I hate Delta but miles can be used on Aeroflot) for more miles. I put all my stuff like, phone, cable, internet, car ins, gas, groceries, anything I would put on Debit-Card. So, building miles at a good pace. Every Sunday night I pay the balance of what I charged during the week from the account that my Debit Card is on. So same amount goes out each week. For me this works to build miles faster.
OK, let’s talk about Aeroflot. First time did my research and there were many positive reviews. Friends & family were freaked out. I will tell you 2 flights 4 segments each 8 total. I always had a great experience. They have one of the newest fleets, cabin crew was great and took good care of us. Food was Russian so be ready for that 90% was good.
Avoid fly anytime before or after the World Cup in June as Russia is Host county and rates are sky high.
Just food for thought.
I whish for you and all the best.

The answer is Yes. This link is a letter (pdf) from the US Embassy in Moscow 'We encourage petitioners who have filed for spouses or fiancé(e)s to appear at the interview".

I would go to bank and speak with one of bankers not tellers and speak with them. They would love to have her money and would do it legally and in a way to avoid taxes.
