How does everyone send their pictures?
I am considering printing it on regular paper and provide a detail right below it. For example: 09/09/2018 Trip to Florida, etc.
Or should I just send it with regular photo paper from CVS?

You need all the monthly bank statements from marriage to now.
So that's 2017 until present? I believe I only added my spouse to my checking in 2019. In this case should I still include everything ?

It turns out that I managed to get my Tax Transcript for 2019 online!
Here is my new list:
- Geico Insurance Statements
- Joint Checking Bank Statement
- Joint Credit Card Statement
- Stimulus Check letter
- 2019 Tax Transcript
- Previous domestic travel itinerary (last year)

Hello folks.
I'm a little behind on applying for the I-751. My 90-day window opened on June 18. I am just wrapping it up now and hope to have the documents mailed on Saturday. I am concerned that the green card will expire prior to receiving the NOA letter.
Here is a list of my evidence for a bonafide marriage.
- Geico Insurance Statements
- Joint Checking Bank Statement
- Joint Credit Card Statement
- Stimulus Check letter
- Previous domestic travel itinerary (last year)
I do not have much more than that as we live with my parents and the mortgage is under their name. Additionally, I want to submit a 2019 Tax Statement, however, I must wait a week to receive it in the mail (cannot get it online as the phone number is not under my name). Are my evidences sufficient or should I wait for the tax statements? Or maybe I should just submit the first two pages of my tax return which has both of our names.
And last question: for the fees, should the filing fee and biometric fee be combined on one check or should it be separated into two separate checks?
Thank you for all your help!

Exactly. You can see people's progress on the NVC June filers thread and non-pivot cases who sent their documents after me (I did on May 23rd) already are approved.
That's a bummer. Let's hope for the best

Depends on whether your case is Pivot or not. Lately I've seen approvals in less than a week for non-pivot case, and more than 3 weeks for pivot.
Confusing. So online cases take 3 weeks yet mail in cases take less than a week? Have you got it mixed?

Hello all where is everyone case at?
I am currently waiting for documents review after submitting my aos and iv.

Submitted everything on CEAC. Waiting for review now. How long does the review take and how long is the wait for the interview?
Almost there!

You don’t need any cover sheets. Ceac processing is completely different to the mailing. They just want the documents. Make sure they are the right way up! you don’t really get checklists with CEAC. They didn’t like the quality of my birth certificate and i got a message that day on the online portal. I uploaded a new one nd that day it was accepted. I was case complete in one day only. waiting for inteview now.
Thanks a lot! I looked everywhere for information like this but couldnt find it. I appreciate it. Good luck in your interview !

Where does the document cover sheet for the IV package go? My IV package was done completely online through CEAC and now I am submitting the civil documents online. So where exactly does the cover sheet go?
For the cover sheet for the AOS package I scanned it on top of the I864EZ and scanned it. But for the IV there is no such option. Should I proceed to submit everything without the IV document cover sheet?

The barcoded sheet is the confirmation page of the DS260 you have to print. t had a unique barcode on it.
Regarding sending documents mail or electronically, you can know this by the first three letters in your case ref. Mine was LND which means electronic. Google the first three letters and electronic or mail visa application? it’ll link you! it’s all on the website though
What is this barcode sheet used for? The wiki page says we must attach it to the front of ds260 and the AOS form.
When you say electronic do you mean email it or submit it electronically on their website?

Hello all, I am doing the AOS and IV documents for the case and I noticed that it says I must have a bar coded cover sheet on this website: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process
Where is this barcoded cover sheet? I never received any. Is this outdated information or what?
Follow up question:

Once you have submitted the DS-260 forms for you and your accompanying family members, you must then submit your required civil documents, photographs and embassy-specific documents to the NVC.
If your case is NOT processing electronically, please submit your documents to:National Visa Center
Attn: CMR/DR
31 Rochester Ave. Suite 100
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914
If your case IS processing electronically, please scan and email your documents to: NVCElectronic@state.gov
This is what the website states. So do I email the civil documents in or do I scan and upload?

You’re welcome! You NEED to upload scanned documents of 1. Birth Certificate 2. Police Certificate 3. Marriage Certificate 4. Photo page of passport 5. A sheet of passport style photographs. The AOS documents are the US persons passport or birth certificate, evidence of payroll or letter from employer, tax evidence from IRS which you can get online in a matter of minutes, and the affadavit of support
Hey, many thanks for your help!
Is there a specific time that the police certificate must be obtained? Also, all of these documents must be notarized, correct?
One more question: what exactly do you mean by a "sheet " of passport style photographs.
Thank you and congrats on completing the documents!

So i just paid for the AOS fee and the IV Fee however there is nothing on the website regarding DS 260 and DS 261. Where do i fill out those forms?
I checked this website: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process#Useful_Information

was it sent from Texas?
Yes... does that have anything to do with it? I mean once NVC receives it, why does it matter?

My case was sent to NVC on February 6 and since then NVC has been giving me the run around that it will take 8 weeks. 8 weeks later they tell me it's still not in the system and i must wait 6 weeks for the supervisor to do it. What gives? Anyone have any tips?

Guys my case was sent to the NVC on February 6 and I haven't received anything after that. What should I be expecting? An email or a mail?

Hello all,
Since we were married in 2017 and our spouses are abroad with no SSN (most of us), how does filing taxes work? Do we file it as married or single? If we do file it married what do you put for SSN? This is so confusing!

Hi, I realized that i didnt attach pictures of us together in my packet. If i send an envelope with my case # with any additional pictures attached will it reach them and is it necessary?

Hi guys. For the i751 form, what did everyone put for empty areas? I remember writing "N/A" on the i-30 but am wondering if thats what folks are doing for the i751.
