but I also see you are filing from Chicago, I wonder if that's also a reason. Maybe Chicago is slow?

This is so reminiscent of the time I filed my I485. My doctor didn't sign my medical form, so I got an RFE at the interview and my adjustment officer got promoted shortly after leaving my application in limbo for months.
Now I got to deal with this during the Trump administration. I've called several times. Sent in online service requests. Went in for in InfoPass appointment. No word on my bio appointment.

Yup. Filed service request online. Tier 2 twice. Even an infopass appointment. And an email to CSC. Same deal, that they're experiencing delays. Which is BS because people who applied more than a month after me got theirs.

You may need to consider calling if it’s more than 30 days from your NOA date.

My ASC is Chicago, and someone from my thread who applied later than me just finished their biometrics. :/

Is it normal that the receipt number from NOA1 isn't accepted on the USCIS case status online, as well as the customer service line?

I believe that a lot of October (and earlier) filers haven't had biometrics letters either, I guess it might depend on how busy your local ASC is as to how soon you get an appointment. I've also heard of them using previous biometrics data.
Signed up for Informed Delivery. Got nothing there.
I've heard that too but only if you got your biometrics within the last 15 months. I got mine done in 2015 so that can't be possible.

Anyone else waiting 2 weeks+ after NOA1 for their NOA2/Biometrics?
Is there anyway I can tell if I do have a bio metrics appointment without the actual letter? USPS has been losing stuff for me a lot.

Trying to figure out if my bio-metrics letter is lost or not. Do you recognize if the letter at the back is from USCIS?
The front is from my employer. Neither of these have arrived and were supposed to last week. subsequent informed delivery things have arrived after.
