My online case status shows 'ready to be scheduled for interview' as of Nov 1, 2017. any body has information how long it take for Detroit field office to get actual interview appointment from the time it is ready for interview?
My Priority date is Jan 25, 2017, and Receipt date for I-485 is March 27, 2017 under EB1.

if u paid IV fee after that then for 2-3 days it will shows as In Process for ur both payments n after that both payments will converted into paid. dont worry u r on right track.

Thank you !! No my CEAC site status didn't change yet, still says "At NVC". I called last night and I was told that my interview was scheduled yesterday morning. I will have an email interview appointment letter within a week or so.

My friend is worried and is having a similar experience. I'm glad nightingalejules you posted this! It is more clear now.
