They received my RFE on 10/31/17 and they approved on 11/21/17.  I didn't get an update on the UCSIS app or the website.  The UCSIS website hasn't been updated still says that they sent me the RFE and the app still says that it received my RFE on 10/31/17.  But yes we are so happy right now.

check the processing time for potomac service center in the uscis website, if the date they have there is beyond your priority date, that's the time you should file a case inquiry. atleast that's from how i understood it. if you call them now and your pd isn't covered yet based on the processing time chart, i think they will just tell you to wait.

DFA was very efficient when my wife got her new passport in September .. had it delivered to the house about 2 weeks after application.

 

 

Yes, no more long lines in DFA, and they also have shipping options if you don't have time to go back and pick up your new passport, just like what your wife did.

thank you! i'm all set with my IDs 😊😊 I don't have my passport yet, i'm scheduled for renewal next week. that's the main reason why i came across cfo seminar, it is one of the requirements. i thought i only needed nso marriage cert to change my surname lol

Hi fellow Filipinos out there! I will be having my cfo seminar in manila tomorrow, tanong ko lang kung pwede naba yung scanned copy ng divorce decree, wala napo kasing time para kumuha sya at ipa fedex nya yung original. naipasa na kasi kasama ng petition. So far ang meron ako ay yung aming nso marriage cert, pictures together, valid id cards. thank you po sa mga sasagot 😊😊😊 God bless!
