ROC = removal of conditions, if you've been married for less than two years when you go through AOS, you're given a conditional greencard. After two years, you go through ROC to have those conditions lifted. :)

Thank you! Our interview lasted about 30 minutes. Our interview notice and ID were checked first of all. The IO went through the I-485 form and asked questions based off that. Also asked about how we met. They went through the yes/no questions towards the end of the form (if you filled out the new version of the I-485 then there are quite a few). There was no issue with my medical (I didn't send the I-693, only a copy of the DS-3025, and I was a bit worried). At the end, we were told about the approval, and that the card should arrive in the post in a few weeks. I've checked the USCIS status and it's been updated.

Also, as for the co-mingling evidence, we didn't have a huge pile - we gave evidence of our joint bank account and recent bank statements, joint health and life insurance, and a joint utility bill. They didn't look through all of our relationship photos, though I did take along a folder. Before leaving the IO explained about the ROC process, encouraged us to learn my rights as a greencard holder, and explained about returning the EAD card when the new one arrives. Hope that helps! Best of luck in your interview. :)

Oh wow amazing .. once again congratulations

Chatted with a wonderful tier two office today about an issue with my case online. He said NBC is really starting to catch up on their pile-up of applications. He, of course, didn't tell me how long until I would receive my EAD but did mention to me that it may be in my best interest to not raise an SR on the 75th day judging by the speed currently of NBC completing applications. I would take this as great news!  Perhaps at:) the very least, they are within that 90-day window yet again.

So should I hang on with my SR ?? Not do it on 75th day ?? I m on 66th day right now

Sorry but from what I have seen and experienced here on VJ this isnt enough. Unless he has an JOB Offer or evidences of LOSS USCIS would not expedite his case. Again I`m just saying based on my experience and from what I have seen.

So I guess they didn't approve his expeditation

he did on 45 th day and he got his ead approval on 70th day so I guess idk I mean this is very unexpected and unpredictable process

When waiting for something like this the best thing to do is have the mindset that it will be completed within its deadline of 90 days. If it gets done earlier then cool! But don't allow your mind to create an expectation. The completion of these things is very different than a standard application for say a bank loan. These are real men and women looking in extreme detail at the applications of tens of thousands of men and women. Stay positive, but be conservative as to not lose your mind :)

Yes you are right 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you so much

    agreed!

EAD  and AP Combo card received today :)

First Status changed to card received = 8 days.

    Total days = 100

    Pointers:-

    1. If EAD and AP both are filed concurrently, status of AP may or may not change. Rely only on the EAD status. More often than not you'll get a combo card.
    2. 2 NOAs (for EAD and for AP if filed) arrive within a week after your status changes to New card is being produced.
    3. Card will arrive usually within a week of status changing to 'Card was mailed'. It comes from Missouri , so considering distance and holidays, approx a week.
    4. Please register for USPS Informed delivery emails. That way you can track any incoming USCIS letters. USPS notification will come the same day around 8 am as the day of delivery.
    5. EAD card can be tracked under USPS packages. It comes as Priority mail. It will show on the dashboard as coming from 'USCIS LEES MO'. You can track and find the exact date of delivery.

    Also Note:

    • Follow up on the SRs atleast twice a week. But they are unreliable. My case was approved and status of 2 raised SRs still remain unassigned.
    • Take help of L2 officers when in doubt.
    • Contact Congressman of your area ( street and zip code specific) on the 88/89th day. They take 2-3 days to get back in touch so just have some buffer time.

All the best to all :) God is working, hang in there!

USPS is not letting register for updates ... they saying they don't cover that area

No you won't be able to do one right now because it's only up till September 8th processing time. You're 3 days out :( so you'll have to wait until they update it to either September 11th or after that date.

Noo lol it's say September 15 .. so I m in the processing timing

I wouldn’t even worry about SR at this point. NBC apparently has a huge backlog.

    Why ??

I know. But until they fix their mistake I'm going to make as much use of it as possible. 🤣 I refuse to use the emergency advance parole they gave me and put my current application in jeopardy. Getting two conflicting answers. The officer at the info pass told me if I take the emergency parole it will cancel out all existing advance parole applications. Officer on the phone today told me it won't. I don't know who to trust.

They received my case on 11 September from that day it says 58 days on my i765 but since they posted new processing time.. can I able to do SR on 58th day ?
