So today I called the NVC to see what was going on with my case.  The agent told me that they received my additional info and scanned it November 8 and it was in line for review.  It could take up to 11 weeks.  So the process started all over again.  The agent said it may not take 11 weeks, but that they have to tell me that.    If all goes well then we will be in line for the interview in Brazil.  We started this process March of 2016.

my process was expedited

Prolly  you gonna have your interview middle of january.

Seems  there’s just interview in last weeks of month!

But u can always send email to embassy and ask about it.

my cc at NVC was 06 november and my interview will be december 22.

my spouse is american, she have the tourist visa (go to brasil consulate website and apply, they keep the passport there for one week)

 she come here 7 times this year and will be here to interview

hotel : novotel downtown or ibis budget

airport : SDU santos dumont 

embassy from hotel/airport - almost 2 miles

i would make an appointment to facial service for one of my friends (once she know u)  and ask to my friend to go check it out...

make sure the girl is there and become “close” enough to make some question like marital status and how she got in USA.

got my interview scheduled today

my cc was 06 november 

and expedite approval was 15/november 

my interview will be 22/december 

im from brazil 

my expedite was in NVC already 

i send email requesting and 

in 24h i got the approval email 

i got my case expedited (for other reasons but pretty much emotionally reasons) 

 you should try, if they deny you don’t have any problem for trying

My expedite request was approved yesterday. 

Do I have to call doctor today to start the medical process or should i wait embassy contact me?

today i called  NVC and they say there’s no idea when they gonna schedule interview

ive found other brazilian here who got 5 months till receive his interview date... hopefully isn’t the usual...

Today i got the email  saying my case was ok and they gonna schedule my interview.

Any idea how long is taking to  Rio de Janeiro  ?

NVC Online system was really fast! (Payment and documents upload - september 22)

Hopefully will  be  the same with Embassy interview
