  1. Greenbaum, please, help me sort the things out!

I respect your experience and value your opinion a lot!

Do we need to supply any medical related forms or documents while applying for AOS?

If I read the I-485 instructions, I take it as those who came on K-1 don't need to fill out I-693. But people around keep on saying you should go to the civil surgeon to get your vaccination record.

I had a medical exam in my native country as a part of my K-1 process and now I have a sealed envelope with its results and my vacation record (they gave me the copy of vaccination record, so I know for sure that the original is in the envelope).

The question is: do I really need to go to a civil surgeon before submiting I-485 or not?

If not, does it make sense to send the sealed envelope with other evidences while applying for AOS?

There is only one and can be found by going to the blue ribbon at the top of the page and choosing "forums" then scroll down through the list and you will find it.

    Thank you!

But this one is quite old as well :(

Does this mean that AOS process is easier and people just don't need to communicate while applying and waiting?

    210 day today

    still have heard nothing

went ahead and filed for an out of processing time request.

Sometimes I wish I would have met my fiancé a year or two earlier. This would have been a hell of a lot easier.

Gahhh the worst is that I haven’t received one update. Every time I go on the website it still says “we have received your case”

it would be nice if they could let us all know if our case is being looked at and not accumulating dust on someone’s desk. I can’t help but be a little jealous at all the February approvals so far.

I understand your feelings very well.

I feel totally lost about having zero information about our case
