According to the instructions you only have to provide the marriage cert but since you are applying separately from the father I would include his birth cert as well. I also had the same questions but several reps @ USCIS said I didn't have to complete a separate G-325A for his son.

I heard (from a friend) I should include G325A because he is over 14 years old. Is this true? Is this your case?

Dear friends,

I have filed I-130 for my husband and now I'm going to prepare I-130 for my stepson (16 years old). I have following questions. (my I-126F's NOA1 dated 10/27)

Besides his birth certificate and my marriage certificate(to his father),

1. Do I need to submit G325A for both of us?

2. Do I need to submit passport style photos?

3. Do I need certificate that shows his relationship to my husband(his father)?

What else do I need?

Does Chicago center cash the check before they transfer I-129F to other center? Or the check will be cashed by region center in the case I129f is transferred out? My package has reached Chicago almost but don't see the check is cashed in my online bank.

I have similar question. I have filed I-130 and I-129F for my husband.

I thought K3 will be quicker than Immigrant Visa so I didn't file I-130 for my step-son. Should I file I-130 for him now, or wait until they are here and file I-130&I-485 for him together?

Just sent K-3 last weekend and reached Chicago center last night.

Is there anyone just got K-3 approved recently? What was your NOA date? I checked USCIS site and it is showing the processing date is April 05 for K3. I just want to get some sense how fast I possibly could get my K-3 approved.
