So long as your green card is valid (not expired), and you are only gone for a short while, yes.
Keep in mind, however, that you don't want to be gone too long and end up missing your interview letter arriving in the mail/appointment.
 
Keep a record of your travel as well, as you will have to relay this information to the IO during your interview so that your application can be updated.
