    USCIS responded to my congressman that my I485 is under preprocessing checks and it is already on my field office. Does that mean anything? My vawa was approved in September 2023. How long more should I have to wait for I485 approval or interview?

    Aside to my last question regarding the renewal of my I131, do you guys know how long USUALLY takes to USCIS send RFE for medical after vawa being approved? Mine was approved in September and my I485 haven't moved anywhere Thank you

    HI! Where should my I131 renewal be sent after having VAWA approved? I already got my I765 under C31 and need my parole to be renewed. I have a lawyer and he sent me a receipt number starting with SRC which is Texas service center and I don't understand why since I live in NJ Do you guys have any idea? And SRC is where the renewal is taking longer 17 months while other offices are taking 5-9 months

    My Vawa got approved and now I’m awaiting for medical RFE and then interview and/or approval. My question is: can I get my medical done already? They haven’t asked yet but I’m in Medical school and since I’m having a slower semester right now I would like to get everything I can done. How long is the medical form good for? I appreciate your help.

    Good evening my friends Where can I check the processing time after vawa approval? I’ve checked the 485 at my local office and it’s almost 2 years?!? Am I checking the right place? I will have to wait another 2 years for an interview/gc approval?

    Hi! I received a “courtesy approval notice and not an official approval notice". It’s printed in a regular A4 sheet of paper and not on a watermarked paper. Can I use this to apply yo i485? Or I have to wait for the original one? Is this normal? Do they usually send this? I’ve never heard about it. How long should I expect to receive the original one? Thank you 😊
