Hi all
My waiver was approved!
We filed on November 3rd 2016. We rec a RFE in August 28th 2017. Replied to RFE 3rd October. Approval recieved 15th October
I had two drug charges - both were minor ( with no jail time or fines) , only one was cannabis related.
For those in the same boat - I know it can be daunting, specially with Controlled substance issues - but dont give up hope! You can and probably will make it
