My CC on January 22, 2018. Today in transit to the embassy. Jan 24, 2018. It was expedited. Does anyone know how long it will take to get into the system and I can make an appointment? Does anyone have the actual number to the Juarez City embassy in mexico to make an appointment. The number on the website will not take you to a live person.

It’s so painful when it’s something so small! We sent in the police clearance from the actual police and not passport office and that’s what the checklist was for. Glad the wait is over for you!!!
It is frustrating. We got an expedite from the embassy but not the NVC. Now I have to figure out how to make the appointment. etc

Congrats!!! 🎉
What was your checklist for? Our checklist scan date is 8th January.. for our police clearance. So glad they’re getting close!
For a divorce decree not being a certified government copy but the one the judge signed.

Please let me understand you well was it the certified true copy you sent to NVC before you got the check list, because i have divorced decree which I planned sending to them is it the new system or they just requested for it?
So I had sent the actual decree, like who got the children etc. they wanted just a certified state sealed saying he was divorced.

My husband had been divorced before and I sent the actual divorce decree with the translation and they wanted a different form from the government with the seal on it and not the actual divorce degree. I have an expedite for the interview but I am dying that this is taking soooo long. Trying to guess when the NVC will give CC. The problem for me, is my husband will start some training classes that he teaches in March, so if he doesn't come before he schedules training, he doesn't come until summer.

I got an email stating, "The U.S. Embassy or Consulate is willing to expedite this case when we have all the fees, forms, and documents." So does this mean I will have to wait the normal processing time at the NVC? Did anyone else have this and have their interview before the 11 week? Thanks in Advance.

Hi Crincon, congratulations!! Please can you tell us did you apply for expedite both time by calling in? About how many days from the first time you call them till you decide to apply again? About how many days it took for the case status on uscis website be changed to the request was completed after you called them the second time? Sorry we have so many questions...it is really frucstrating we filed for expedite but never heard anything or had any change for online status after sending in the supporting document they required by email. Our case is bit difficult for the petitioner to call in to check directly with uscis coz he has mental issues. Thank you and congratulations again!

So I found out my request to expedite was approved. I am now just waiting on whether my petition gets approved or not. And mine was for medical reasons and yes, it is more than just the normal situation and I did have a Senator assist me.

They said they sent an email to the wrong email address as well. The funny thing is on the uscis website it says they completed my request in 7 days but I called like 15 days after and they said it had not been assigned yet. It's a bunch of BS if you ask me.
Well that would be really frustrating if that is my case :/

So this is the problem, my email address was wrong so they could only read me the letter over the phone which states that it was sent to a supervisor for review. i found someone else that had a similar letter (remember I can't read mine) and theirs was approved to expedite and by sending it to a supervisor means it was approved. I am just hoping that someone can confirm this

I put in a expedited request with USCIS due to medical reasons for my spouse. The first one was denied without ever contacting me. I put in a second request. My case online shows request complete. I received an email stating that it was forwarded to a supervisor for review and can take up to 45 days. Does this mean the expedited request was approved and the supervisor is reviewing my petition?

My case was expedited due to medical reasons. I signed up online and notice that appointments are out until June 2018. That is five months away and just doesn't seem right. I have been trying to call the Juarez consulate to get further instructions but every number i tried just sends me to an automated system that has become the tenth circle of h$ll. If you have a real number for immigrant visa scheduling with Juarez, I would appreciate it.
