UPDATE:
L2 officer looked at my case. Sep. 13th interview I did show up for (and have a stamped receipt to prove it) is still noted as "pending" in their system, aka I was a no-show. I think I was right and my case was never updated after Atlanta recovered from the storms. L2 will notify Atlanta office to let them know the case should be updated.
