I did call, but they said I have to be transfered to a 2nd tier, but then they tell me that a 2nd tier employee is not available because of a high number of calls and I either have to wait 5 days for them to call me back, or call back at another time. As I live in Japan, I keep having to call back so they dont try to call me a midnight, but I have not been able to speak to a 2nd tier employee yet.
