Sis I told you Pdos is for workers.. My sister worked in japan, my tita working at middle east then to Taiwan now..They attended Pdos not CFO.. CFO are for fiance/Spouses.. I'll call tomorrow for you.. Sorry was busy, and it's holiday.. Don't stress much!!
CFO is the organization giving both PDOS and G&C seminars. If I remember correctly, they gave one seminar right after the other, and then the one-on-one interview in the afternoon.
In G&C, they mostly talked about interracial marriages, and presented "worst case scenarios" of what life could be like with the foreign partner, especially if you don't know him/her that well.
In the PDOS part, I remember them talking about what to bring and what NOT to bring to the airport on the day of your flight.
