I was reading and preparing for the next step of the application while waiting for the next notice. For the AOS for my tax return I have been filing as Single and not Married. The reason I filed as Single is that my husband is not here in US and never been. I read that it is a RED FLAG and it could denied my application. 😫 Anybody has a same situation as mine?? Could someone enlighten me?? 😞 

No worry about it i have a same situation my wife also tax paid as a single and my file was approved and now at the nvc phase

Who get the nvc case number around 1st may(nvc recieve date )?

My case was sent to the department of state for  further processing on1st may but still no nvc case number and invoice number 

I’m also waiting for nvc case number from upto 7 weeks

What is Your case status on uscis ,case was sent to the department of state or case was approved?

my case was approved on 14 april and after 15 days case status changed to case was sent to the department of state. Now still waiting for welcome letter

I’m also waiting for i130 approval.i sent my package on 1 sep 2017  . May be it will on feb-march 2018  

May be it will accept but you proov your relationship faithful , strong and legal . pray to allah for making easy and smooth process . You married american girl ,she is not American muslim ,she is Christine so they through froud marriage and all things , please be care full ,good luck
