this is there new system in casablanca consulat they try just want to hold your cases longer ( its a game )  your case its in AP now you have to send your medical exam  nd chat,  passport... I'm sure they give him 221g with docs that he need to send he need send all this with aramex and wait . after u send it try contact u congressman or u lawyer for push the case . good luck 

When you get you interview lettre there gonna tell what documents you have to take with you any way you can't have your medical exam without the appointment lettre so wait until you receive it .

this is the lettre from nvc showing that they send our case back to the consulat of casablanca  so whts going on ?!!!

today the consulat send email says tht in sept 2017 my case was send back to the uscis this is a bigg joke 😡 my case was send back to embassy oct 2018 because we did send everything that was needed in 2017 everything was approved now for 2018 nvc has informed me that my case is now with back with embassy  is sad to see how people from casablanca consulat take this as a big joke !!!  I dont knw what to do right now we get lost my wife told me tht i meed to call the consulat but the consulat of casablanca dont receive calls they put on mailvoice 😡 . so what you guys think did someone had this stuation before ??

you think its normal that take all this time ?

our case was put under administrative process 221g  since September 2017 .
after a long time of waiting we send more evidence and we get approved again and the case forward back to the consulat since October 10 2018 (24 days) I'm  following th status in my case but it dont show nothing I email the consulat twist time but they don't give no info the nvc said they sent case to casablanca and we have to see with them, I get confused about this . 
does anyone have the same problem ?

non i dont respond yet but today we did ask a lawyer he say he cant take the case because its too late nd he say we have a low chance to get approved☹ he dont even look at the evidence we get lost !!

hello 14 july i recieve a mail from uscis noir says :

- although the petitioner is unemployed and state that she has made zero earnings on her I864 affidavit of support she was able to make a trip to morocco and send money to the beneficiary .

- in his interview with consular officer the beneficiary was unable to answear the most basic information about the petitioner such as where she's from .or how he met the petitioner he give multiple date of the date that he met  the petitioner. 

- There do not appear to be an ongoing relationship between the petitioner and the beneficiary although the beneficiary states that he speaks with the petitioner who do not speak arabic only English . he was unable to understand the consular officer in his interview and required an interpretr .

- now i have conversations history 800 copies showing that me and my wife we been talking for 3 years and i do speak English and i understand english very well , and pictures of me my wife and my familly togethers, we have evidence together   many pictures , and receipt of the money she has send to me  , and a lettre from my wife son.

 - this noir has many wrong things such as i was unable to answear the most basic information about my wife where she's from or how we met and i gave multiple dates of the time we meet . and i requested an interpretr that was not true .

i did say her father is cuban but his purto rican that was a misunderstanding because her mother is cuban and her familly from her mother side my wife she never have  relationship with her father my wife she was rise with her mother onley .

my question is does my wife have to explain this in a lettre ?

after 10 month in AP today i check my status and i receive this :

Hi  my case is back with uscis for second review because thy deny the case first time so thy send back to nvc then uscis for further review normal wait time according to uscis is 180 days but we are outside normal waiting time so i would like to contact my congressman could someone tell me how i try by email but i dont get answear if anyone has had this problem could you be of some help .

Thank you so much danchykkk tomorrow we call ombudsman office  they close at 6 . wht about form i-30 and i-864 it's normal th consulat officer keep tht ?

During my first interview the consular officer she keep my form I-30 and a copy of I-864 Affidavit of Support thats Normal ? Thy send our case back to the uscis since November 1 2017 ,we still waiting  its 183 days now nothing new
