Hi, did your husband get his Visa in Brazil after the approval of the 601a waiver? 

Did he have the court terminated his Deportation order?

what questions was he asked in Brazil.

You should hear something back in about 2-4 weeks.  After that, that's when the waiting game begins. i had my I-130 Interview inside the US July 25, it has been over 1 month and no decision made on the approval. I have been married for 11 years. Why do u guys think about this delay my PD is September 1,2017. I need the I-130 approved to file the 601A waiver.

The officer said with in 30 days after interview.

Hello All, after 300 days we got an Interview notice for I-130 here in Philadelphia. What I think its odd is that back in 2008 we had an approved petition but since we never took action it was destroyed by the state Dept! I don’t know why the interview we have been married for 11 years we have 2 kids, we have houses rented, and businesses together everything in both our names. 

Why do you think for the interview!

Still waiting September 1,2017 got transferred to NBC from Potomac March still waiting 281 days and counting

Hello people. My stand alone I-130 gas been active for 280 days now. Our priority date was September 1,2017 on March 13,2018 our case was transferred to NBC for faster processing, tgere is nothing faster at all our case has been at NBC for 80 days. Anyone has experience or knows if we are getting closer to a decision. We can’t find much on visajourney that’s why I’m reaching out to find out. Our case was at Potomac and when transferred it has the same receipt number YSC. 

I’m at 255 days already. It is very normal.

My petition has been transferred already for 60 days. I haven’t heard back yet on approval or what the heck they are doing with it!!!! Taking to long

Your papers will be taken by NVC and assigned a case number. And normally it takes about 8 to 11 weeks for that before you can submit other papers.  

National benefits center! Waiting on i-130 approval it was transferred there from Potomac.

How long after you were transferred to NBC took to schedule your interview. My case is same as yours. Including brazilian wife here with me. 

Mine was transferred to another office.PD Sep 5 and i'm a USC and my wife is here in the US with me.
