Thanks. Did you add call log, text, picture's at nvc?
no...we will be taking that type of supporting evidence to the interview....those things are not required at NVC stage.

I dnt have documents about vaccine. On ds 260 it said do have documents that you vaccinated. If i say no , what can i put as explanation?
Based on the recommendation of multiple ppl on VJ my husband put no and then wrote that he will have all necessary vaccines at the time of the medical....all went well with ours as well as the others that we took the advice from.

That is not true. I wish it was as certain as you are making it to be. People with CC date from May and early June are waiting on London embassy and NVC to schedule interviews. As always, YMMV.
That is why the individual said as long as the embassy/consulate is not busy...based on time lines embassies such as london, canada etc take longer to schedule in comparison to consulates like Jamaica etc.
Try to spread a little bit more positive vibes, we all need it around here.

I just got the email and proceeded to submitting the DS-261. When can I pay the fees? Can you pay both the AOS and visa fee at the same time?
since you filled out a ds 261 i assume you are a non pivot case. After you complete ds 261 i suggest you call to have them review it over the phone ( the IV invoice opens up faster that way. but you should be able to pay the AOS fee bill at the same time that you complete the ds 261

Hi guys,
My husband was able to pay both AOS and IV fees without going through DS261. We’re a pivot case. NVC is sending us both (petitioner and beneficiary) emails. Anyone experienced the same? Is DS261 somehow an exemption if electronic processing is involve?
1 hour ago, ramesesthe2nd said:Same here. I paid both AOS and IV fees today. DS261 wasn't even an option when I logged into CEAC site this afternoon.
yes from what i have seen and read pivot cases do not do the ds 261

How long until they invoice the IV fee?

Question. I paid aos fee on may 29. The status changed to paid on may 31 but still keep locked the second fee. How many days i should wait to pay the IV fee?
Unless you are a PIVOT case you have to wait until the DS 261 is reviewed for your IV bill to open, to expedite IV bill you should call NVC and have a representative review the ds 261 otherwise IV bill will open some days after they get to reviewing your DS 261 on their own time.

Oh ok if we CC by the end of this month could we get August interview?
That is what i am hoping for and it seems feasible to hope for that based on all the feedback i have been getting from VJ members. It also varies by country, see below spreadsheet that was created that can hopefully give you more insight.

NVC doesn't accept that and will return your package. Send it without signature confirmation.
whatt...now i am conflicted because i have seen where nvc signs for pckages at that stage
9 minutes ago, ramesesthe2nd said:Not true. My brother has sent documents to NVC with signature confirmation in the past and they signed and accepted it.
thank you....i hope this is true and confirmed as i have seen quite a few ppl mentioned where they got signatures.
