Hello Everyone,

Congrats to all for getting their cases complete and their visas. My case is in NVC and I am still working on my Affidavit of Support. I have following questions if you experienced people can answer them please:

1. After the case is complete in NVC what is the approximate time to be called for an interview?

2. Can anyone share their interview experience here in Abu Dhabi and how were you managed to prove your domicile?

3. Did the Consular Office asked for the petitioner resignation letter to prove the intent to reestablish domicile in US?

4. Can anyone share their experience here if they were not successful in proving their domicile in an interview?

Please I am looking for your help and your insight is really appreciated.

Need to share a good news. We just got approved. Pd sep 12...TSC and I'm a US citizen filed for my spouse......Our case was approved in 259 days....finally!

IN SHA ALLAH I get mine soon but honestly I'm losing all hope now. The case has been active for 235 days. I called them and tried to speak to the supervisor but they wanted to call back. They cant call me back as I'm in UAE here.

Hey! You dont need to worry abut anything its just an automatic notification that they send out every 2 weeks I think. Even I have received this kind of notifications before. You are just receiving this coz you probably signed up for email or text notifications. However I wanna point out that they mentioned they took some action on your case on April 4th so you might wanna login and check in your case history to see what kind of action they took coz you never know it might be your NOA2 approval! Good luck!

Same here. Pd date sep 12 and still waiting at Texas Service Center. What a seriously crappy process over all. Case is active since 212 days and some people are approved in 180 days. This is a total bias when they say we process case according to the order receive. Don't buy this anymore. 

Is there anyone with Sep pd date from TSC still waiting for the approval? Please reply.

Hi all. Hope u all r doing great... Anyone else from early September pd date (TSC) still waiting for NOA2?. I'm really getting depressed now as haven't heard nothing and now tired of seeing the same old msg about case received since last 7 months....dont know what to do at this point but this is really stressing me out. 

Congrats. My pd is Sep 12 and I'm still waiting. I'm a USC living abroad with my husband and children.

Being in my second marriage also got me a little nervous too that they could be scrutinizing me more.  Especially since the previous spouse started out as an immigrant but later naturalized as a US citizen.  There was a question about what date did I sponsor that immigrant and since we both no longer have the paperwork since it was so long ago I put in an estimated date and then attached a detailed explanation that the paperwork is no longer around and that this was an estimated date.  I only remembered the year and more or less the month I applied for papers for the ex.

Thank You all for replying......hopefully all of us who r still waiting  receive our NOA2 soon.

Congrats to all who are on the next step and received Noa 2. Our pd date is Sep 12 Texas but I haven't heard anything yet and im getting anxious. I called USCIS also and they have no update but the PD date. This is my 2nd marriage and I'm wondering if my case is under strict screening perhaps...

Is your case updated online as well with the approval confirmation or is it just through Mail?

I filed for my husband and the i 130 was delivered by FedEx on sept 12th. But until now money is not drawn and there is no email or text conforming if application is received. Is there anyone here who filed in sept and application is already approved??
