Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received
On November 8, 2017, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number Xxxxxxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. 07/06/2016 they received form l360,765
07/12/2016 fingerprint fee received l485
09/07/2016 approved I765
09/07/2016 order card.
09/12/2016 l got WAS CARD
02/27/2017 RAE (Request additional evidences ) for I360
05/15/2017 they got response (evidences)
09/07/2017 approved l360
10/04/2017 Case Transferred To Another Office
10/19/2017 Request for initial evidence was mailed.
l'm waiting letter. it is possible medical or police celearence because both of them were may 2016.

They will transfer your VAWA petition to NVC within 45 days and the NBC will ship your case to the local office, and the local office will set up the AOS interview. It will take 6/9 months to have the interview schedulled.If you are in NYC the local office is taking almost 9 months to schedule an interview.
