Yayyy. Congratulations

My wife had interview today at Islamabad Embassy, she got approved. they took her passport. hopefully the visa will be issued soon. So relieved!! case status still says 'Ready'

OK so we paid both of the fees on Friday and they got taken out from account yesterday and today it marked as paid and I was able to submit EVERYTHING. the DS260, the AOS documents and the IV package. it took some time especially the DS-260. All around very easy except it kicked me out of the system a couple of time. now let's wait for them to review it and give us a case complete and I hope soon since they owe me the time that I lost waiting for the case number.
As of November it was taking them just like a couple of days to review it and get a case complete so i'm curious to know how long it's gonna take now.
 
A big thank you to all of you for helping each other. I don't know what I would do without you guys. I was cheering for everyone as they got their CC

It will change to, in transit once NVC forward your package to the Embassy/Consulate in your country, once the consulate receives it, it will change to Ready.  But it doesn't always change from in transit some people have gone through their interviews and it still says in transit so don't panic if it doesn't change from that. Congratulations again

Some hope to fuel the wait that is coming up. NVC received my case from USCIS.

NVC Received : 21st Feb 2018
 
Now the wait for Case No. and IIN begins!

Thank you for the clarification. I knew I was close, but since the last part of the process seems to be unique for everyone I was sort of freaking out. I guess at this point I'll have to trust the Embassy/Consulate in Peru.

12/19 got the letter in 01/22 and the interview schedule 03/13

Wow! called NVC today to get to the bottom of the Japanese Police report check list, apparently it's just to "remind me" to bring it to my wife's background check to her interview when its scheduled. I guess I was CC on the 14th of Feb. So I was a scan date of Jan 23. That's three weeks and 1 day. Good luck to all! so now, how often should I  call to check for an interview date?

Interview date: March 21st (received over the phone on February 14)
P4 Letter received at 3am on February 15
