Hey all. Just letting you all know I just got CC January 27. I called nvc to verify and sure enough it is done. Phew
SD: 12/2/17
CC: 1/27/18
took nearly 8 weeks.
Just waiting for interview now.

I just spoke with NVC representative to find out about my case update. My CC today 01/26/18 and SD was 12/08/17. Status is change to NVC and AOS line is disappeared. Wait for interview  date and it will be held in Mumbai. 

I find it to be so ridiculous! But they do checklists over the littlest things. I got a checklist too over a w2 form, they asked for more w2 but i only have one, but thankfully they still sent it to the embassy and jist asked to bring w2 to interview.
 
Well at least you get to go see him!! I wish i could go visit but being pregnant has me tied down lol! I hope you have a safe trip and hear good news soon!!

I went silent after receiving a 2nd checklist on January 5th for (foolishly) not sending Page 7 of AOS...
My 3rd scan date is January 11th; I called today and was told my case was sent to the review department yesterday and that I should shortly hear from them...

Received my scan date today, SD 1/24/18. Now, the wait to receive CC 

Guysssssss. I just checked the status and it says “At NVC”💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 I was in shock when i saw it because i didnt expect to see it, that i screamed 😂😂🙈🙈 I didn’t check the status everyday. I expected CC from tomorrow some day(tomorrow is my birthday , Jan 25th). God is good🙏🏻😌 What a bday gift. Glory to God❣️❤️😁 
Don’t lose faith guys. All December SD will have CC probably till end of this week.Stay strong💪🏻 I love you all !

2nd SD: Dec 28th (missing i864 a form )
CC: probably today, but will have to tell my husband to call to check as soon as he finishes working out. He will get his mind blown lol. Cant wait to tell him. But i had to tell you all first because i want you to look forward your approval, knowing that is coming😉😌😄

Hi! We had a second checklist scan date of January 8th, 2018. Just checked my CEAC status online and it said "At NVC" called to confirm, and we have a CASE COMPLETE as of today; January 24th, 2018. Waiting for an interview to be scheduled at the Mumbai Consulate.

CC: 1/19
now waiting for interview date.

Not effect on immigration 

Finally got my NVC case number today 2 weeks and 2 days after they received it!!

So I got a checklist for the AOS page 6 and 7...stupid as I did not need to fill those. Well, I will send the document again and hopefully to get some news soon...very frustrated now...
Those who got a checklist, how long it took them after receiving the documents did you guys receive a cc?

Interview scheduled for 02/08/17 I found out last night status changeat EAC Website and I got the email confirmation this morning. PD 03/13/2017 cc 12/25/17 interview scheduled 01/18/2017

Wow!!! I can breathe again!! Case complete finally today. 6 weeks exactly from SD 12/7. 
 
She said the next interviews will start being scheduled in February so March is the earliest we could have an interview for depending on how many appointments are available. 

Just called and confirmed. Cc 1/17/2018
SD 12/20/2017. Took exactly 4 weeks 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 

Just checked my status and it says  “AT NVC” I’m going to call to confirm. 
 
Second SD: 12/20/2017.
 
i put in my calendar that today is the day i will get my CC and i prayed about it. I truly thank God for this. I can’t even believe it. 

Today Hubby was finally approved. Visa status changed to issued. I am super excited it's finally over. 

My prayers are with everyone expectin Cc Case number and interviews.Hang in there guys.God is with all of us.

Hey guys its official!! So Saturday I told you guys that I checked our status (I'm the petitioner) and we have a "at NVC".  I also said I would wait to jump up and down until I call this morning to confirm.  Well, I just called NVC and they confirmed the status and told me that we got a CC on January 13 which is amazing to me because its exactly 4 weeks from SD of December 12. So I am now jumping up and down :-).  I am also amazed because there was Christmas and New Year and I was so sure that the cc will come end of January or February (you never know with this process). God is so good all the time.  I am a step closer to reconnecting with my hubby and it feels good. 
 
Every stage is so darn nerve racking and now that we are waiting for interview we or should say I am even more nervous even though I am the petitioner lol. I don't know what it is with the immigration process (I am a naturalized citizen), its always quite the emotional roller coaster for everyone involved. Funny when I became a citizen back in 2010 I vowed I would not step in the immigration offices or go through the process ever again but the love of my life came along and it was a no brainer. The things we do for love :-).  One thing I have learned is - do not ever give up on your loved one or yourself and don't let the process get the best of you. Trust your gut feeling.  I don't know how many times I was told my case/s was too difficult and this or the other cant be done, but I kept going and did everything on my own and trusted me and the process. I will always be so indebted to visa journey family for always being there for me through my journey (started 2004 and ended 2010) and my husband's journey. You guys are so awesome. 
 
That being said, I wish everyone all the best throughout your journey and hope you are reunited with your loved ones very soon.
