Hi !! 

Today i received my notices (ead, parole) but i figure it out it was opened both envelops. There are something i need to be worried?

Only taking deep breath and wait for the next week.  

Congrats everybody!! I hope the next week we will have more good news.

If As on Sept 30th they are working on September 15 files then today is Nov 9th so let us assume they are working October 20th files? ...then why didnt August filers receive their EADs ?

 

 

Maybe this is a good news i guess. but If that status  is true from the website ... .  That makes me think they finished with (august filers)  and our EAD cards are in transit to home  

I thinking we need to set up our minds to wait at the end of the month or begining of december. Maybe we can get some surprises before that date :/

I heard the same thing about the time.  USCIS received my package 28 of august. When was your?

Yes you are right. I will lose all my hair and nails with this anxiety or  stress.

THe change of the status is at the beginning of the day(12:00 am)  or a  random time.?

Sep 8th - Text notifications

Sep 16th - Biometrics appointment letter (for Oct 4th)

Sep 29th - Biometrics done by walk-in

Oct 10th - SR to expedite AP requested

Oct 14th - SR to expedite AP denied - Deemed "not severe enough"

Oct 16th - Contacted Congressman to request to look into advance parole

Nov 1st - EAD in production!

 

Hopefully the card won't take too long to arrive, I'm curious to know if it is the actual combo card!

 The change of status was at "EAD in production! "the beginning of the day i mean 12:00 am ???

Im August Filler Case received 28 of august and i can't wait to get a new status.  

I need to wait for the  EAD card  to issue a ssn?

I'm filling  the form 130A from a RFE and i figure out that the RFE has the  Alien REgistration Number (I guess) so in this case i dont know if i  need to add it in the form.

I received an RFE  about evidence of the joint Sponsor Status and have various documents and i want to know if we need only one or all of them.

My forms for AOS  was delivered in august 25 2017 and i still waiting for the e-notification. How long time estimated can will take.

I was sent an RFE letter asking me to fill the new form I-130A and send within 86 days. I received the form two days after my biometrics was done. I filled the form and sent to USCIS and the received and acknowledged a day after i sent it.

I forgot to include the form I-130A  about my AOS (Spouse) delivered to chicago in 28 of August. Someone may give me some suggestions about if i need to wait for RFE or sent it now.
