Tourist visa po, Wala po siya dito he’s only gonna come here para magpakasal po kmi.. Opo military po naka station po siya sa Washington State ngayon..

No, You'll complete the I-134 form to present at your interview. I believe the I-864 is filed when you apply for AoS.
