We finally got our interview notice today for June 26. Just FYI our online status never changed since “Fingerprint fee received”, so don’t stress if your online status is not updating...
How was your interview? Could you please share your experience.

Yes.... literally 17 days.
Did your last Infopass back in Feb help something? The waiting time is ridiculous. NYC is that crowded but they still managed around the year. Good luck for your upcoming interview bro!

Hey Friends,
we we just received a letter on the 10th that we have an interview on the 27th in Orlando.
mind you we used K1 visa, and filed I-485 in February 🇺🇸
Gee. It took TOO long. So your interview is scheduled 17 days after the notice? not >30 days?
20 minutes ago, kimy33 said:thanks for sharing. Orlando March filer here, hope I will get my interview scheduled soon.
Orlando June filer here. There are August and June filers received the interview notices. We don't know exact how it works. Hope you get one soon.

case is ready to be scheduled for interview since 05.09.2017
It seems your signature didn't show up. Thank you! Let's pray together. I bet you will receive the notice in this February. Mostly February filers got their interview notice.

We had our AOS interview today in Orlando and went extremely well. The officer was super nice and polite and made us feel completely at ease. The interview only lasted about 15 minutes and although it was not approved on the spot, the officer said everything looked good and we should be getting the Residence card in a couple of weeks. He said he didn't see any issues with the application, had everything needed and was approving it at his level but it had to be revised and final approved by his supervisor. The officer did not ask us any "tricky" or odd questions, basically personal stuff and double checked everything we had put down on the I485. The interview was a complete breeze, quick and uneventful.
Congratulations ! Lucky you! I am a June filer and our office's processing time has been updated backward Jan.
Did you make any service request for i-485? Would you mind sharing your interviewed questions? Many thanks!

no, it was a waste of my time. told me that my case is still in NBC and is waiting to be scheduled for an interview......
Yes, it is. Have you noticed they have updated the processing time? It goes back to Jan 15. Sigh. Btw, what is your PD?

Finally! gives us March filer some hope.
btw, make sure you get there at least 15-30 minutes earlier. I went to orlando field office yesterday for an infopaas, it took me 20 minutes to go through security.
How was your Infopass? Any good news?

Another forum in another website . Mokoni and Aussieguy. I don't remember exactly but their PD are in the middle of Feb.

Yep, I have chatted with other 2 Orlando filers who have just received the interview notices a few days ago. However there is no update from March filers.

It seems all February filers got interview notices now. Then they will move on March filers . It's still a looooooooooong way.

I made service request in late December, responded on 11th Jan. I haven't received an email, presume they are sending response via postal mail.
They send it via postal mail. I received it after 2 weeks. As what I know there are 3 February filers included you and 1 March filer are still waiting for interview notice. Sigh. Too slow.

Just got back from visiting home using AP. Easy as a breeze.
Did you make any SR? any movement?
On 1/3/2018 at 8:14 PM, MandyAlex said:Yay! Just received the AOS interview letter in the mail, its scheduled for Jan 28 in Orlando. For those that already had their interviews, do we need to bring the Birth Certificate for the beneficiary to the interview even though one was submitted with the I-485 application? The NOA letter says to bring the medical/vaccines Form I-693 and Affidavit of Support Form I-864 UNLESS ALREADY SUBMITTED, but how about the Birth Certificate?
Lucky you! I know a few Feb and March filers have not received any interview notice yet even they're out of processing time. Did you make any SR or Infopass? Please share, thanks. Waiting for your good news.

I just wanted to say congratulations to everyone so far We are still waiting in Orlando. Our Service Request was "Completed" yesterday, so just waiting to see what comes in the mail.
I also thought I would share that we used the Advanced Parole this morning. We decided to go on a week long vacation (Bahamas Cruise) we didn't apply for I-131 till about April, and we used the 'Paper' parole this morning arriving into Port Canaveral. We arrived and the immigration/customs officer was incredibly friendly, pulled me aside, and it took 15 minutes. He literally said, "Oh we are just going to give you some stamps today, it wont take too long.... Did you have a nice vacation?". We just had a friendly chat whilst he was entering stuff on the computer, stamping passport and Advance Parole Doc. Thats it
I hope that helps
Did you make any SR for you case? If so, have they responded yet?

Thanks FiKen. I know each case is different, but what did they tell you?
Case is under processing time. Sorry me for misunderstanding might caused. Lol.

From student visa. I guess it also depends where you come from too.
-
Now I don't think it's FIFO. Some got EADs and interviews earlier. No standard, no clue. Just pray as it comes.
-
You are so lucky. It's real quick to receive the EAD such time. I know some Orlando filers in Feb and March are still stuck at NBC. We have no clue what they are doing. So keep waiting. Who knows you may receive interview sooner than us.
