Honestly I am not sure, but when I asked Tier 1 to transfer me to Tier 2 she said she could do better since my case was outside the normal processing time. She said she was gonna connect me with the officer from CSC.

Hello, at first I talked to Tier 1 and she told me that my case was definitely  outside the normal processing time. So she told me that should could connect me with the officer at California Service center.  I think she also filed some type of inquiry on my behalf.

I feel you. I hoped we would spend Christmas and New Years together, but I guess it is not happening either.  We have been together for 7 years and finally decided to get married and now it takes forever to get approved.

I actually got transferred to Tier 2 officer last Friday, but he did not tell me much either.  Is your NOA1 May 9th too?

Hey Guys!! I was finally able to talk to Tier 2 today! He said everything looks fine with my case. When I asked him approximately how much longer it will take for me to get approved , he said 3-4 weeks!!! I am soo sad and frustrated! 😞😞😞😞😞 171 days and counting 

@alaris honestly this is becoming really ridiculous . I am so frustrated !! I will try calling them again tomorrow

I was just wondering how do you get Tier1 to  transfer you to Tier 2? I just spent 15 minutes begging the lady to transfer me but she kept saying it is impossible! It is soo annoying! It has been 170 days already 😞
