just an update, we submitted our I751 on November 12th, 2020. Check was cashed Dec 13th and we received our NOA Dec 14th. Now waiting to see if we have to do Biometrics and Interview. We already did 1 interview when she first got her temporary green card.

DS-160 is filled out online, you can start it now and save it just don't submit it until after NOA2. Also  be sure you log into it every 30 days otherwise it expires also

The form that is taken to the interview is i-134 affidavit of support from the petitioner.

Has anyone had a case similar to mine?

    Jul 19, 2017, I submitted 129F package
Jul 21, 2017, Package arrived on and got text message saying that my form has been received (I submitted G-1145).
July 26,2017,  I got an email that my case has been routed to the California Service Center for processing and that within 7-10 days by standard mail I will receive the official receipt notice. (form I-797). Check cashed.

It's  now Aug 15th and no mail. I tried calling USCIS but they wont help me until 20 Aug (which is 1 month after submitting). I have read that people have gotten their NOA1 1-2 weeks max after getting the text message.
