I wake up this morning to check my email,first things that I saw it was LAGOS US EMBASSY email, that my AP is completed that I should submit my international passport at Muri okuola,finally the storm is over,I wish the rest of you successful journey

My kids and i were approved today. what a relief. Just three questions for me. *How long has your husband been in the U.S *How many kids do you have and if I've done the CRBA for my three weeks old baby. That was it. After alot of typing, He said your Visas have been approved while handing over some white sheets of paper with instructions of how to get our passport. Thanks everyone here for their questions and answers. It helped me a great deal.

To the glory of God, I had my interview on 5th of july in Lagos, I was approved, I was asked only few questions, C.O: why was I denied k1 visa in 2014
ME: bcos we didnt have enough evidence
C.O: when last did you see your wife?
ME: March 2018
C.O: What are the names of her 3kids?
ME: I told him
C.O: Can I see your wedding pics?
ME: I brought out a big album and showed him from our engagement party in 2013 and our marriage in Nigeria 2017 and our white wedding. In Dubai 2018 and he said congrats you are approved, gave me 2 white papers and told me to pick up my passport next week, yesterday I got a message that my visa is ready for pickup.
At the embassy I saw the lady thay denied me k1 visa in 2014 and she was so mean asking lots of questions to the applicants, I prayed not to be interviewed by her and God answered me.
I pray that God will grant everyone an approval in JESUS name. 

Email received from NVC this past Friday afternoon. Interview scheduled for August 2!!

CC June 11th Just called the NVC, My husbands interview is August the 6 at 7am.  So excited!!

Had my medical in London couple of weeks ago and today my interview at the embassy. Happy to say a very simple process and visa approved!
 
Hopefully will be flying into Dallas in 2 weeks to rejoin my wife and start this chapter of my life 😊
 
Good luck to the rest still waiting, I know it’s a long and frustrating process but have to stay strong and believe!

Hi everyone. I'm a little late posting this as I've been busy traveling and getting caught up over jet lag. I just wanted to report that my wife's interview was Thursday June 21st. After waiting 30 minutes for the CO to confirm he had all required documents he spent maybe 5 minutes interviewing my wife. He approved my wife's visa and said it may take up to 5 business days to receive her packet but DHL notified us that it will be ready on Tuesday. I'm so relieved this ordeal is finally over. I just want to say thank you to everyone on this site for your support and encouragement. It has been a true God send. God Bless to all of you and I wish you all great success and a bright future ahead. Cheers!!
