Guys we are going to add a joint sponser as my uncle in our petition,

so he had gathered 1-864 affidavat of support

his tax transcripts he just paid 2017 tax today

Is w2 required for both petitioner and joint sponser?

any other financial evidence required by sponser and joint sponser?

    thanks

If he has his w2 include it, if not don't sweat about it, just turn it. I didn't have my w2 but I turned in my tax transcript and I got a case complete on Thursday.

Basically they said the stuff I have submitted wasn’t sufficient, ask for more evidence I submitted almost everything again and I sent it out now I checked the case saying “your case was received at my local office “ I emailed my lawyer he told me “  they going to interview you!

Yes most likely you would get interviewed. It's usually a 5-10mins interview and about 30-60days after which you will get your card

Thats good news. USCIS took my expired green card and the extension letter from me

During my time they didn't take my expired green card from me. I guess things have changed. This was in 2012 and 2014. The immigration officers just glanced at my expired green card and checked the stamp on my passport and that was it. They didn't even look at the extension letter. So you shouldn't have a problem at all.

I went to USCIS office and talked with an officer directly using infopass. The officer asked me why I applied for I130 for my spouse in USA as she is living abroad. This is so weird!! I can’t apply for 130 in her home country as I live in USA.

Next I asked her when I will get NOA2. My PD is February 3rd. She told me my wife might get letter for fingerprinting. Is this normal? I never heard of fingerprinting before NOA2. The officer I talked to seemed really confused. I told her that I know guys who applied after me and for NOA2 without fingerprint. She was really surprised to hear that. Finally she wasn’t able to give me more info about why fingerprinting is needed and told me just to wait.

That officer obviously doesn't know anything. You filed the right petition, you did nothing wrong.
