Hello everyone,please anyone can help me.im in nvc stage and i submitted all doc and accepte it today but  i also got message from nvc they said i have to send my prof of employment as petitioner   because i submitted 1099  and i have co sponsor .

so my question is my case will be close and s waitimg for interview or i have to send them this prof?? Because its not in required document sol my spouse can bring it to interview ??

i submitted all doc to NVC but i heard that they don’t accept tax return 1040 so they want also the transcript even the web site say ‘’ return tax or transcript ‘’ anybody have info ?? Also do we have to send only the most recent year or the all 3 last years because i have trouble to comprisse the doc in one files come more 2MG .

Feb 5th here, i call them today and the lady said just got my case today so take up to 2 weeks to be in the system and and have number ..but will call again tomorrow and try maybe i can get number
