Hi everyone! I’m waiting for an appointment. My case was expedited on November 5th and Consulate escalated my case on Nov. 9. No appointment yet, but trying to figure out a plan for my trip. Médicos especializados internacionales in México city sounds like a good option. Does anyone have any experience with them? When I called the consulate to ask if my appointment had been scheduled yet (their answer was no) I asked if my fingerprints could be processed in Mexico City as well, and their answer was yes. I’m hoping to get my medical exam, fingerprints, and police certificate taken care of in Mexico City, then just spend the necessary days for the two appointments in Juarez. Not sure if I want to wait for my passport in Juarez or go back to Mexico City. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

First you should create your timeline.by creating your timeline people will help you. and in return you will help others as for your question just have to wait a bit more for other to get back same here my case is in juarez as of right now

    good luck

  2. So I found this http://fiscalia.chihuahua.gob.mx  they say that you can do the appointment online. and the day after or the day of the appointment/when you go pickup your (no antecedentes penales) that’s the day that you give them your information. Like passport  birth certificate an so on

    Hello Everyone,

I'm finally on my way home!!! I was approved on Friday, Nov. 5th, status was updated on https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV to "Issued"  on Monday, Nov. 8th view picture #1 below. I went  to ask at the Centro de Atención a Solicitantes (fingerprint office) but they can't help you with anything until you get número de guía (tracking #). Finally got the email from D.O.S on Wednesday, Nov. 10th at 11AM view picture #2 below. Headed to border about 12pm we used hotel shuttle so they didn't take us all the way to the border. We walked about 10 minutes to Customs and Border Patrol office. Once in the office ask at the window for guidance. The first agent I asked said to stand in the main line, 2nd agent said start a line and pointed in a general direction so long story short ask don't just get in line and hope for the best. So I approached the window where the agent asked for the sealed envelope and passport then instructed us to wait in second waiting area. When agent finished stamping all passports she welcomed everyone to the U.S. and handed out passports. We then got in the main line where they check your passport and ask if you have anything to declare such as fruit, plants, weapons etc. Your belongings will go through an x-ray machine once you retrieve your belongings you are good to go to U.S territory. We got an Uber to El Paso airport for a total of $20 + tip. Best of luck to everyone with your process!!!

Yes! Only if you use a US address and any of the “municipalidades” the municipality doesn’t matter. You just can’t put a mexico address or they will make you choose an office to Pick it up at

thank you DALILA. i was able to get it i'm still going to tried to get it in mexico. but it is nice to have a backup

if anybody else uses it and they take please let us know if possible thank you again dalila

http://ventanillaelectrónica.edomex.gob.mx/ You have to create an account, they ask for your curp and passport number. Also you have to put your Us address and just pick any municipalidad that’s the only way it will let you print. If you use a mexico address you’ll have to pick a place in Mexico to pick up

will you mind reposting the link. i tried to get in but it says its wrong. please and thank you

    Hi Everyone,

I'm going to cover a few topics in this post: Uber, Medical exam, ASC finger print appointment and antecedentes no penales.

So Uber will in fact take you to the border and you can then get another Uber from the border in MX to hotel or destination of your choice. I have never had to use Uber so I was trying to get an Uber into MX with no luck. Silly me 😋

Medical exam- My exam was scheduled for Nov.2 at 6am at SMF  they provide shuttle service at most hotels. I decided to try today before my fingerprint appointment and they take you in without any problem. I arrived about 7:30am it wasn't packed and wait time was limited. They have many windows open to keep things flowing. First step was documentation intake: Covid shot record, immunization record (if you have a print out from your doctor, pharmacy  or health department they will accept it, if you think it will help BRING IT), unexpired passport and DS-260. They will print documents if you need but I would be prepared if possible. After they look at your documents they give you a Ticket #, medical bracelet with ID #, Covid questionnaire and a little sheet to fill with name, DOB, phone numbers, last used address in MX and current address in U.S. Then you wait to get called by number another agent confirms details from the small sheet they you sign as you did on your passport. Then you go into another waiting area for chest x-ray they give you a gown that you will use for the rest of the medical exam. Here you will be instructed to put your hair up, remove shirt and bra you will wear gown with back exposed. Don't worry you will not walk around like that all day. Once you re-dress you head to blood work for syphilis testing if you are ages 18-44. After blood work has been drawn you go upstairs for physical exam they will ask how many kids you had and DOB for each, take temp, weight and do a vision test. They will ask you to remove your shoes and to put on some blue booties, in the exam room you remove everything but  your underpants. Its no different then getting an annual physical te miran todo. 😆 FYI if you have any criminal history or tattoos they will send you to mental health before you go to vacunas section. This is definitely where you will wait the most I was in line for about 45 minutes to get to the window where they tell you how many shots you are missing. Most people were missing 4-6 shots that could have been avoided if they brought the most recent shot record. Once you get any shots that you need you head back down stairs to where you started the process to pay. Everything is billed in U.S. dollars and you can pay with a credit card Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Fingerprints(Centro de Atencion a Solicitantes)- I was late for my appointment but it really didn't matter there was a line outside under a shaded area broke down in to 30 minute appointment time slots. I happened to show up 25 minutes late and they had not let any one from the 10:30 appointment slots in yet. I only took in appointments letter, DS-260 and passport. If you bring your phone you have to turn it off and empty anything you have in your pockets for a brief security check. An agent will come around to check your paperwork as you wait in line. Once you get to a window they ask you to sanitize your hands, they take your DS-260 place a stamp on it for your consulate interview, place a sticker with consulate appointment details and DS-260 confirmation #. I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

Antecedentes no penales- I'm still not sure if this has to be translated but better be safe than sorry. I still haven't completed this but here is some info for where to start. You can start tramite online but I had no idea what address to use or where in the world I would get a residential bill from. This place Servicios Bincionales MB is right outside the fingerprint office will help you complete the form, let you use their address as a domicile and provide transportation to fiscalia to take picture and capture finger prints for $36 U.S. dollars. The place across from this office will help you complete online form for $300 pesos they didn't mention anything about providing transportation to fiscalia. FYI fiscalia will re-open Wednesday, Nov. 3rd after Dia de los Muertos holiday.

I will keep posting updates. Good luck to you all!

Thank you for keeping us posted on your updates and good luck

I’m very glad for that. Thank you for sharing.
He got vaccinated yesterday since we are short on time. Interview is Nov 22. The pfizer I believe is a two dose.

You do know you have to wait 3 weeks before you get the second dose. which means they will put your case on hold. And if you take the dose or he takes the dose before time they wont validate the second one

Does anyone know what happens if your passport isn’t good for 6 months on the intended time of entry? Mine will only be good for let’s say 5 month, also all depends on how fast the courier returns it. And I don’t have time to get an appointment for a new one

I have hear people saying that you can still take it even if it’s five months and good luck congratulations

I completed my biometrics and paid all required fees. When they asked for more evidence for my provisional waiver to be approved I submitted all paperwork and was approved in July so not sure what the letter means?

It looks like your lawyer has not send or upload anything to nvc. when nvc has your case they send you a letter by mail and a email as well, if they have your email.talk to your lawyer it looks like he did not upload your files. The letter that nvc send starts with cdj(priority date here ) and numbers let me know if you have any questions
