I think front loading maybe depending on the situation as well.  I have struggled with if I should or shouldn't on the NVC stage but I'm petitioning from a high fraud country and although I don't want to complicate my application I do want to make sure I have enough detail/evidence that there would be no question of our relationship.  The thought of his visa getting denied and be without him another year terrifies me.  Praying for the best!

Some say two weeks.  I called them last week and they told me I have to give them 6 weeks but I'll call again on Friday to check in  I've read on here several times to keep trying if you can get your case number over the phone you can start to process sooner.  The info on the first message in this thread is very helpful.  I have my packets just about all in order.  It's so hard to be patient when you miss them sooo much!!

I received my NOA2 in the mail last week dated 7/27.  Still no update on website or app but following this thread as I will hopefully begin at NVC sometime in August..lol   Thanks for all the info above...very useful!  

I received our NOA2 in the mail yesterday dated 7/27.  Still no update on the website or app so don't rely on that information.  Along with any Tier 1 officer as they will just relay the info off the site.  Hang in there guys its coming!  My mind is pretty clear from now until the interview process.   Other than that I can say I feel somewhat relaxed...lol!   My husband and I are vacationing in Dubai on the 28th we are soo excited!!  

OMG OMG....I'm so happy!!!  i just talked to a tier2 officer my i130 was approved yesterday!!!   Hang in there everyone...every case is different my PD was 2/21 but I have seen cases approved on here with pd of the 27th..and was getting discouraged.
