While a lot of us r waiting for an approval, from march, April, may, and so on filers, Texas service center is totally done with march and April filers for K1 visa and they have approved a bunch of May filers also ... it makes me wish to be the fiancé of an us citizen not the wife 😂

I think calling them is not a way to push them, they don't work that way, the only thing tier 2 does is giving information you can not see, for example sometimes people is approved, but no update in the system, no mail, and the NOA2 is on the way, so tier 1 can not see that, and you don't know your NOA2 is on the way, so tier 2 can see in their system if the case was already approved or not, so it's the only way they help, calling them just gonna give you more frustration.

Is not that affect you in the process, and is not they are going to deny the green card because of that, but of course they take a look to know the reason that person was inadmissible or denied from a visa in a specific time.

You can call and ask about it, you can ask tier 2 about if is your file under the background check. But I think you should wait because now you are under normal processing time, but when July turns come and you don't receive any approval, you can call up uscis , tier 2, and ask about it.

I just looked up the cost to do removal of conditions (if you get the CR-1 by entering before 2 years of marriage). I had no idea it's another $680! Our 2 year anniversary is next August, so I'm considering just slightly delaying the NVC process (unless we get an RFE from USCIS). It's crazy they charge that much!

There is a letter that says we are approved. I didn’t know what to feel or think about it, the wait has totally infected my mood. We’re thinking of changing plans for him to move to my country cause we don’t want to be separated but now all of a sudden the approval came.

Hey guys sorry for butting in march cause i have follow march when i first join vj. Anyway im a january filers and it all depend on how fast your service centre is moving. Never exact date or timeline can you tell when the process will be complete. I recently just got approved on oct 12 (so it all the jan filers)Pd date is jan 27. So you will have to keep track where your service centre is moving at. Not what your lawyer or anyone can tell you what your exact time and date. Best way for you to check your service centre is to look at a month before your on vj.

but anyway, I'm pretty sure I'm not the first of the last who's dealing with a situation like this in this draining process

Figured out about 1 hour ago, my husband is cheating on me again, and there's nothing I can do, no way to enter to the states for me, and he's definitely not coming to visit me, still wondering if I'm going to need a waiver, not hopes to see him in a really long time, I 130- PD June 22, so I still have a to wait a entire century to receive an approval, just sitting down, seeing my life passing by, knowing he has someone else and just holding and waiting to the I 130 process to be completed if I want to see him again. Life sucks 😔

Don't overreact dear...hang in there. It will probably not take too much longer. The cases you see on this page are a fracture of the cases they have and I am pretty sure they get sorted also by home country of the foreign spouse and then split up between officers so variation in approval times of anything between 2-3 months should not make you feel to drop it all after already waiting for so long. It's nothing but lost money and wasted time then. Heads up. I know it sucks and it's hard to live on the other side of the big pond especially with the time differnce. But you can make it! We're all strong together that we are in the group here. Heads up
P.S.Called them too a month ago and been told I have to wait about another 8-10months from now and when I referred to cases I know that had gotten approved he acted as if that's all not true so I won't even bother to call them anymore.

Same, and also UK/US couple Could they be grouping us by country?
I called this AM for the first time since April but nothing, PD April 10th TSC. So anxious.
I was so excited when we got Texas and I see TSC approvals here, just not us I hope after all this it isn't a RFE.
ETA: My husband is visiting right now so we're not apart, but I was hoping we'd be wrapping it up in December and not still waiting for the first reply.

Yeah pictures, marriage certificate, letters of our witnesses. It was just a simple marriage at the court. We couldn't afford to have a destination wedding. So pictures of us signing the marriage certificate, putting our rings on and then a final pic of us together holding the certificate.
