Not too long. EB 3 category, got a CC on 22nd of August. I'm patiently awaiting the interview date and praying I still get an October date.

Just curious, I saw a post about interview date not being scheduled until after CC notice is received. Did you get a CC email?

I got a mail exactly one week after cc informing me I was on the queue for interview schedule.

I called last night, no date yet.  The rep was super friendly and said that they are working on it though, apologized he doesn't have the good news just yet ... Good attitude goes a long way.  I am planning to call on Friday again or sometime next week.  CC July 27.

She simply said I do not have an interview scheduled yet as I just got a CC. Will try again by weekend and if no luck, will wait till middle of September. I haven't lost hope though.

I am dying here, my cc was 3 months ago, and no interview so far. She is from the same embassy as me. and her cc was way after mine. So, if it really has a interview queue, my interview must have been scheduled by now. I am calling to the nvc now, hoping for the best.
