    What was the arrest for? If non-violent they may not make a big deal. My arrest was for simple battery. I struck another person with my fist. The case was dropped and the arrest was expunged. Our K-1 visa was denied even though USCIS approved the petition. There was another member here who had a felony arson arrest that he didn’t disclose and they made it all the way through. I think the arrest type plays a part.
