    USCIS normally responds to RFE's within 60 days, however they do not have processing times on how long it takes them to respond. It can be longer than that. I would call the USCIS number: 1 (800) 375-5283 and submit a service request, if you do not hear from them soon.

    Ever since I was informed (via email on September 14th), about my application being transferred to the NVC, I made it my business to call them at least twice a week.   An agent tried to tell me to wait about a month to call NVC to see if my case was uploaded,  and wait another month to receive my case number and invoice ID.  As you can see below,  everything's happening faster than expected. 

     

    NOA1 - Apr 3rd 

    NOA2 - Sept 6th 

    Transferred from USCIS to NVC  - Sept 14th

    Arrived at NVC - Sept 21

    Received my NVC number and invoice ID  - Sept 26

     

    *My advice to all when you reach this stage is to never pay attention to what the NVC agent says,  as far as the processing times.

    On September 19, 2017, we closed your Form I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), Receipt Number YSC1790202089, because the applicant or petitioner received a status or benefit through other means. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. 
     

     

    Does that mean my i-130 finally got approved just now???? Super nervous!
