Congratulations! As long you have applied under IR-1/CR-1 visa you don't need to worry about the priority date.

F2a stands for immediate family petition right? My sister petitioned my niece last October 2016. And her service center is in California. My niece turned 21 on December 2016. Till now no approval yet.
